Every player at Wen PKR is entitled to exactly one account. Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through third parties, is a serious breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
All bonus funds awarded at Wen PKR are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated clearly in each individual offer. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will forfeit the bonus.
Wen PKR may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals. This is a standard security and compliance requirement. Accounts that fail verification or provide false documents will be suspended immediately.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Wen PKR ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account on Wen PKR, by depositing funds, or by placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
Wen PKR reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Wen PKR platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and play at Wen PKR, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Wen PKR reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, access to the account may be restricted or the account may be closed.
Age Verification: Wen PKR takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account permanently closed immediately. Any winnings generated during this period will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the Wen PKR platform. The existence of more than one account, whether knowingly or otherwise, constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Wen PKR may require identity verification documents, including a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership, before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team. This is a standard requirement in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations.
Accounts that are found to contain false registration information, duplicate registrations, or accounts operated by minors will be closed without notice. Any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited.
All financial transactions on Wen PKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
Deposits: The minimum deposit at Wen PKR is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Deposits are credited to your Wen PKR balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals can be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Wen PKR processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Payments to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically complete within 5 minutes of processing. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 2 business days depending on your bank.
Wen PKR does not charge fees on withdrawals from its side. Your payment provider may apply their own charges in some cases – please check with your provider.
Bonus Balance Note: Bonus funds are held separately from real-money deposits in your Wen PKR wallet. Withdrawals are drawn from real-money balance only, unless wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully met. See Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal rules.
Wen PKR offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid and major cricket or esports tournaments.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds at Wen PKR are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be bet before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Each specific offer states its wagering requirement clearly in the promotion details.
Please note: Attempting to abuse bonus offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to satisfy wagering requirements artificially – constitutes prohibited activity under Section 7 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining (including deposited funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity) may be forfeited at Wen PKR's discretion. Where an account is closed for other reasons such as inactivity or player request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after satisfactory verification.
Inactive account fees may apply after 12 months of inactivity. The applicable fee and the applicable currency amount will be communicated to you via your registered email address before any deduction is made.
All content on the Wen PKR platform, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, software, games, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of Wen PKR or its licensed providers. No content from the Wen PKR platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from Wen PKR.
Game titles and their associated content (including graphics, sounds, and mechanics) remain the intellectual property of the respective game developers and providers. Wen PKR licenses these games and does not claim ownership of the underlying game intellectual property.
Wen PKR collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, process payments, verify identities, and comply with applicable obligations. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used, and protected are contained in the Wen PKR Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By registering with Wen PKR you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your personal data, to request corrections, and to request deletion subject to applicable retention requirements. Wen PKR provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wen PKR shall not be liable for:

If a complaint cannot be resolved at the first level, Wen PKR operates an escalation process that will be described to you by the support team. All reasonable efforts will be made to reach a mutually acceptable resolution before any formal dispute process is initiated.
